Duke Noir's
Cruise for the Deaf will begin registering participants at 9:00am
at Victoria Park on Gilchrist Road outside the Royal Brisbane Hospital.??
The cruise will proceed from Gilchrist Road down the M1 at approximately
10:30am and finish at Kurrawa and Pratten Parks, Broad Beach at the
Gold Coast. At Broad beach there will be a sausage sizzle available
in the park that runs along Old Burleigh Rd and in between Queensland
Avenue and Margaret Avenue. During the course of the afternoon there
will be a concert providing various genres of music. Hot rods will
be a major part of the car cruise and showcased during the event.
It is intended that Harleys become a major part of the cruise as well.

Shine at the newly opened Aussiewood Country Club 9 hole gold
course and driving range at Helidon. Which is just past the western
end of the Gatton by-pass on the way to Toowoomba. There will be Huge
Top Ten Trophy's up for grabsand lots of prizes given away to entrants
on the day. Entry is free so it won't cost you anything to enter.
The show will run from 10am till 1pm only so you don't have to sit
around all day but while you are there you could try out the new course
or the driving range so if you have any golf clubs bring them along
for a bash Food and drinks will be available.All cars are welcome

Training facility Gympie. This event is a Men's Health, Welfare and
Leisure Expo where we invite owners of "Boys Toys" to attend and show
off what they have. The day is structured around activities which
interest men of all ages and includes Go-Carts, Hot Rods, Historic
cars and bikes and generalist car and bike clubs, we have a BBQ and
Bar on site and looking at having Merv Hughes attend, along with a
local radio personality, Jamie Dunn. The local FM station will also
be broadcasting from the site on the day. We also conduct a Pit Stop
style of health check during the day, looking at men's duco, suspension,
torsion and flexibility, sparkplugs, etc. A fun way to have a health
check and they come out with a roadworthy certificate, or a defect
sticker. there is also a range of health and welfare organisations
present to talk about men's health and relationship issues. We held
this event last year and were overwhelmed by the response. Your attendance
and participation would be appreciated. this is not only about mens
health, but also about their relationship with significant others
